OnPar Vouchers ([registered business name]) is the responsible party for personal information collected on this website, in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Information officer: [name], vouchers@onparvouchers.co.za.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and (optionally) cellphone number.
• For gifts: the golfer's name, optional email address and your message.
• Order details: what you bought, the amount, the payment reference and when the voucher was used.

We do not receive or store card details. Card and instant EFT payments are handled by PayFast.

Why we use it

• To issue and email your voucher and tax invoice.
• So clubs can check that a voucher is valid. The check shows the club the voucher holder's name, not your contact details.
• To keep financial records as required by law.

We do not sell your information or send marketing without your consent.

Where it is kept

Data is stored on Google Firebase servers, which may be outside South Africa, with safeguards required by POPIA. Emails are sent through [email provider].

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for 5 years for tax purposes. Other information is deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its use, by emailing vouchers@onparvouchers.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
