1. Who we are

2. What you buy
A voucher entitles the named holder (and, for 2-ball and 4-ball vouchers, their playing partners) to one round of golf at the club shown, on the terms shown on the voucher, including number of holes and whether a cart is included. One code covers the whole group and can be used once.
3. Booking and conditions
- Book your tee time directly with the club. Vouchers do not guarantee a specific date or time.
- Club conditions shown on the voucher apply, for example weekdays only, off-peak times, blackout dates, dress code and handicap requirements.
- The club checks the voucher code before play. A voucher marked as used or cancelled will not be accepted.
- Green fees only, unless the voucher states otherwise. Food, drinks, caddies and equipment hire are not included.
4. Validity
Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, in line with the Consumer Protection Act. The expiry date is printed on the voucher.
5. Gifts and transfer
Vouchers may be given away or transferred. Whoever presents a valid code may use it. Keep your code private: we are not responsible for a code used by someone you shared it with.
6. Price and payment
Prices are in South African rand and include VAT. Card and instant EFT payments are processed by PayFast; we never see or store card details. For bank transfers, the voucher is reserved for 48 hours and issued once the payment reflects in our account. Unpaid reservations lapse automatically.
7. Cancellation (cooling-off) and refunds
Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act you may cancel within 7 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not been used. Email vouchers@onparvouchers.co.za with your voucher code. We cancel the voucher and refund the full amount within 30 days.
After the 7-day period, vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash, but you may transfer them (section 5).
8. If a club cannot honour a voucher
If a club closes or cannot honour a valid, unused voucher, contact us. We will offer a voucher of similar value at another club or a refund.
9. Promo codes
Promo codes are subject to the conditions shown with the promotion, may have an expiry date and usage limit, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. Liability
Golf is played at the club's risk and subject to the club's rules. OnPar Vouchers is not responsible for injury, loss or damage at the club, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded.

12. Disputes and law
South African law applies. Contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint. You may also approach the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.
